Proud of our girls this weekend. Georgia Magic Elite finished (2-0) and 1st in our pool play after defeating the Georgia Flames (formerly Canton Flames)45-36 and Team Swiss 43-42.
In bracket play on Sunday, Georgia Magic Elite suffered a disappointing upset loss by 1 point in overtime of the semifinals against Etowah Elite.
Overall, a growth opportunity for our team learning to do their best with the time they have left to play the game of basketball. We will go back to practice and fine tune the details for the upcoming AAU State tournament Mother’s Day weekend.
